On Friday evenings in Washington D.C there is a parade. At the end of each parade a solo bugler plays "Taps" from the rooftop of the Marine Barracks. This photo was taken by my good friend Lance Corporal Leland E. Jordan who plays Contra Bass in the USMC Drum and Bugle Corps.
